Bloodjob spielen brutalen, aber dennoch groovigen Death Metal, der mit Einflüssen aus Grindcore und Black Metal einen eigenen auf-die-Fresse-Sound ergibt.
Bio:
Die Band wurde 2007 von Karol (Bass), Markus (Gitarre) und Simon (Drums) gegründet. Kurze Zeit später traten Alex (Gitarrist, Ex-Antagaroth) und André (Gesang) hinzu.
Der zunächst als Witz vorgeschlagene Bandname kam bei den Sickos gut an und man nannte sich von nun an "Bloodjob".
Im Sommer 2008 und 2009 trat die Band auf Hessens größtem, unabhängigen Rock- und Metal-Open-Air-Festival, dem Ragnarock-Open-Air in der Nähe von Marburg auf und teilte die Bühne u. a. mit den schwedischen Death Metal-Veteranen Entombed und anderen bekannten Bands, wie Die Japanischen Kampfhörspiele und Legion of the Damned.
Zwischen Januar und April 2010 ging die Band in das Tonstudio "Marburg Records" in Marburg, um ihre erste offizielle Demo-CD mit dem Titel "Sculptures of Laceration" aufzunehmen. Diese ist am 24.07.2010 im Eigenvertrieb erschienen und kann direkt bei Bloodjob-Gigs oder über die Bandwebsite per E-Mail erworben werden!
Zum Jahreswechsel musste Alex die Band leider aus zeitlichen Gründen verlassen, jedoch wurde mit Felix (RapeEul) sehr schnell ein würdiger Nachfolger gefunden.
Bloodjob plays brutal but yet groovy Death Metal which is combined with elements of Grindcore and Black Metal to an own in-your-face-sound.

The Band was founded in 2007 by Karol (bass), Markus (guitar) and Simon (drums). They were completed by Alexander (guitar, ex-Antagaroth) and André (vocals).
The band name, originally thought as a joke, was received well and henceforth they called themselves "Bloodjob".
In the summers of 2008 and 2009, they performed live at Hessen's biggest, independent Rock and Metal open-air festival, the Ragnarock Open Air near Marburg, Germany, and shared the stage with the Swedish Death Metal veterans Entombed, and other well-known acts, such as Die Japanischen Kampfhörspiele (GER) and Legion of the Damned (NL).
From January to April 2010 the band was in the studio "Marburg Records" in Marburg, Germany, to record its first official Demo release titled "Sculptures of Laceration".

Unfortunately, at the turn of the year, Alex had to leave the band due to professional reasons. Shortly thereafter, a worthy successor was found in Felix (RapeEul).
